Learn about free resources for small businesses that can help you with your exporting plans. Hear from speakers from U.S. Commercial Services, Ex-Im Bank, Nebraska Department of Economic Development, Nebraska Business Development Center and the Small Business Administration.
Business Plan: Snap & Boost Program is a 6-week program designed to provide insight to both new entrepreneurs as well as those who started business without fundamental business knowledge. GNWBC will host 4 cohorts in 2023 with up to 20 participants in each session. Upon completing the session, each cohort participant will also be awarded a grant to go towards setting up new business accounts and covering startup costs. They?ll also walk the graduation stage at the annual Startup to Success Conference which is annually hosted by our partners at Nebraska Enterprise Fund.
Training Topics: Government Contracting, Selling to Government Description: The SBA?s 8(a) Program was created to help small disadvantaged businesses compete in the market place. The goal is to prepare small disadvantaged firms for procurement and other business opportunities. This workshop will cover the requirements and steps to certification. Hosted by the Nebraska APEX Accelerator and presented by April Hibbler from the Small Business Administration.
